What You Get Each Month:

TEACHING TARGET
Amy, or a special guest expert, will host a LIVE learning zoom each month on a topic important to you. You can be on the Zoom ‘live' to interact with our community while learning and connecting. Monthly teaching topics will include things like: cooking for one 1 or 2, how to down-size, ideas for new activities, fashion tips and pointers, health and wellness strategies, dealing with our aging parents, and where to find volunteer opportunities. ​
COMMUNITY CHAT
Join community members virtually for a monthly coffee zoom or wine event to connect and talk about whatever interests you. Amy will facilitate and help keep the conversation flowing.

Amy has a BS in psychology from Cornell University and has been coaching women for 9 years. She’s helped over 600 clients with strategies to get into action and learn to focus on themselves to create the lives they want. 
Amy is the founder of The Empty Nester Experience – a collaboration of female experts sharing their expertise in the empty nester space.
Amy created and manages the Facebook Groups: Drive Your Life and Empty Nest, Full Tank. She also created and manages the Meet Up Group Empty Nester Moms in the Boston area.
